We focus on fundamentals, education, proper technique, teamwork, and sportsmanship. We are proud to continue the strong tradition of Wilson Football and are proud to serve the Wilson community.

The season begins late July, and runs through late October every year. We practice 4 times a week, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on the practice field between Wilson Elementary and the Varsity football field. When games begin (approximately mid-August), we reduce the practices down to 3 times a week. All home games are played on Saturday, and away games are either Saturday or Sunday (the home team determines on which day to play).

Videos of some of our techniques to ensure limited contact during practice and proper Heads-Up football tackling. We are using tackling wheels and Shadowmen to simulate opponents, and increasing repetitions of good technique.
